Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
We realize there are often many questions that come up throughout the
process of placing a print order. As a result, we've polled a number of
our clients and salesmen to share with us their more-frequently asked
questions and provided the answers below. Feel free to contact us for

How long will it take to receive my order?
Initial designs usually take about 5 business days to complete. With
edits to design or content changes, it can sometimes take longer. Upon
final approval of your design, we take between 7 and 10 working days to
complete your order, plus shipping time.
How much will shipping cost?
We quote shipping charges at the time that we discuss pricing. It is
important to note that we always provide the lowest possible shipping
price for every order.
Do you have photographs I can use in my design?
We have a number of stock photographs that customers can choose from.
These images are exclusively licensed to our company. Please discuss
your photographic options with your sales representative during the
design process.
Will you mail my printing job to a list of clients?
We do offer a range of turnkey mailing solution. We will
work you to determine which option is best for your
project. Whether it is targeted direct mail, saturation mail or
EDDM we will walk you through the process and make sure your program is
mailed on time and within budget.
What paper weight do you print on?
Our prices are based printing on gloss stocks at 60# and 80# text, 7
point, 9 point, 80# and 100# cover weights. We offer matte coating at an
additional cost. We also print on a variety of cover weights. Should you
have something out of the ordinary, we can provide you with a price
quote for any of your custom stock needs.
